Roasting the potatoes definitely makes a difference – this is scrumptious – the only addition i make is some chopped parsley cos I love it! Thanks so muchReply

I just made this for the first time, substituting butternut squash for the potatoes- making it a low carb alternative dish. Delicious!

Who doesn’t like potatoes? Not anyone I know! Looks amazing. They’re amazing side dishes and so gratifying. Question, do you actually remember all if your recipes? Been a reader of your blog since you started back in 2007 since we both focused mainly on Asian cuisine, I see you’ve evolved immensely, and so have I! Great to see what life has in store for us. Feel free to take a peek at some of my recipes if you have a moment. I would live to chat with you about your culinary journey from blog to TV appearances and more! Would you grant me an interview? 😀

If you have any left over could you just eat it cold or warm it back up?
I like that it doesn’t have mayonaise. My regular potato salad recipe has mayo and I have been looking for one that doesn’t that sounds really good. This is it 🙂Reply

It was a pleasure meeting you and Scott this weekend. You guys (the whole team) inspired and educated me. Thanks!
